Make It More Than A Meeting
Large-scale AGMs and conferences have long been hosted in bland, uninspired hotel ballrooms. Meetings that people just sit through and eventually forget.
At Dakota Dunes Resort, we invite you to discover what your next meeting could be like. Instead of a windowless ballroom, we’ll welcome you into one of our beautiful and bright event spaces, equipped with all of the technology you’ll need for any audiovisual presentation. Take your meeting beyond the boardroom, with authentic Indigenous culture, wellness, golf, and Saskatchewan’s most stunning natural landscapes, and make it an experience that your attendees won’t soon forget.
Creating Connection
This is more than standard team building. Immerse your group in the history and traditions of the Whitecap Dakota First Nation through our various Indigenous cultural experiences.
- The Cosmic Dome: Explore the stars with a Dakota storyteller as your guide.
- Traditional Storytelling: Gather around a bonfire for an evening of warmth and stories.
- Cultural Workshops: Hands-on activities that foster true connection and understanding.
Lasting Links
Networking doesn’t have to happen in a hallway; it can happen on the fairways. Host your post-meeting social at Saskatchewan’s #1 public golf course. With rolling dunes and pristine conditions, it’s the perfect backdrop for building relationships that matter.
Business, but Balanced
Finish a day of productive meetings by relaxing at our upcoming thermal spa. Our wellness offerings will allow your attendees to decompress and recharge, ensuring they stay engaged from the first keynote to the final breakout session.

We provide the professional infrastructure you need to ensure your event is stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. We take care of every detail for you, from set-up to providing Indigenous-inspired catering. Our service options can be customized to fit your unique needs and preferences.

We were able to focus on the objectives for our time as a group at this governance retreat, accomplish our goals for the time together and make some new friends during the experience.
Thank you again for the kindness [and] professionalism – for going above and beyond and being a part of the work we do to bring the lost and missing home.
